Finnish Hakaser acquired by Latour

The closing of the acquisition took place with immediate effect, with Hakaser set to complement DENSIQ’s offering of complete sealing solutions while both companies strengthen their position in the Nordics.

The deal follows an earlier agreement between the two companies where Hakaser acted as DENSIQ’s partner and distributor in northern Finland.

“DENSIQ and Hakaser complement each other very well in terms of both range of services and customer focus,” saysOlli-Pekka Keränen, CEO and part owner of Hakaser. “With DENSIQ we can continue to expand both our offer as well as our geographical reach.”

Hakaser employs eight people and has annual sales of approximately 1.4 million euros.
