The cloud-based contact centre solution Puzzel has expanded to Finland with a new subsidiary, and now covers the whole Nordic region with sales and support operations.

The Finnish branch was established in light of insurance company If’s decision to build a multi-channel cloud-based contact centre with Puzzel covering the whole Nordic region.

Puzzel’s solution will be the largest in Europe, as If has more than 3 400 agents. It will include telephony, web chat, Facebook, e-task and SMS options.

“Our new Finnish subsidiary adds to the 150 existing Puzzel employees in the rest of Europe,” saysBørge Astrup, CEO of Puzzel. “The fact that If chose us as a supplier for the whole of the Nordic region is proof that Puzzel has what it takes to help such a large and advanced organisation build contact center solutions across many different geographical areas.”

To improve customer contact, Puzzel’s cloud-based contact centre offering includes a range of conventional and new modes of contact, such as phone, web chat, email, social media and robotised services.

The new Puzzel office in Helsinki is centrally located and employee numbers will increase according to need.
