Serviceform raises USD 350K in pre-seed funding
Finnish startup Serviceform has received pre-seed funding for its new approach to taking bookings and automating offers.
provides an alternative for small service businesses, enabling them to take complex bookings directly from their website or directly generate offers from their contact forms.
“Every business has their own way of selling to their customers,” co-founder Iranthi Gomes explained in a release. “With Serviceform you can build your own exact booking solution, the way you like it. We really wanted something that would reply to the customer in minutes instead of hours.”
The company will use the funds to build a scalable version of its product for targeting global markets. The round was led by Finnish venture capital fund Gorilla Capital, and joined by Leap Investors, Business Finland and two angel investors with SaaS and marketing backgrounds.

, after she moved to Helsinki from Melbourne, Australia, with her Finnish co-founder Jarkko Oksanen. The duo built the booking solution that would eventually become the foundation of Serviceform initially for their previous business. After realising its market potential, the founders bootstrapped to create a prototype.
After finding its first customers in early 2018, Serviceform is currently used by service businesses in the UK, the US and Australia, and is available in four different languages. Customers have also found use for the software as a booking and scheduling solution.
