first of all education. I came to do a master’s degree in design because I was looking for a good mix of courses in design, research and social sciences. In Estonia, none of the universities offered this kind of a mix back in 2010. The second reason was family: my mother and two sisters had moved to Finland a few years earlier.

relative income equality. A small income gap is a cornerstone of society’s wellbeing. It decreases unhealthy ambitions, which can often lead to corruption and power abuse. People focus less on money and more on things that make them happy, like hobbies, family and friends.

always having ginger, garlic, honey and Finrexin Neo available at home.

I found the job ad on a social network, applied, was invited to an interview, did the assignment and after some time got the job.
